Many of our Front-of-house and kitchen staff are aged 18 or under. We firmly believe in giving young people an opportunity to learn skills through their employment which they can use to build a career in any profession.
All staff are fully-training both on-the-job and through regular training sessions.
- Fluent Enlgish-speaking front of house staff - we only speak English in front of our customers. We understand that speaking a foreign language makes guest feel uncomfortable.
- Expert advice - Katen and his team can confidently advise any newcomer to Indian cuisine.
